Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CDL Test Prep 2026 and DMV Permit Prep 2026 (each an "App," and together the "Apps"), provided by Coco Team ("we," "us," or "our"). This single document applies to both Apps. By downloading, installing, or using either App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. License to Use the Apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial exam-preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Educational Use & Disclaimer

The Apps are study aids. CDL Test Prep 2026 helps you prepare for the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) knowledge exam, and DMV Permit Prep 2026 helps you prepare for your state's learner's permit and driver's license knowledge exam. They are provided for educational purposes only.

The Apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), or any government authority.
Practice questions and explanations are our own educational materials and may differ from the questions on your official exam. Traffic and licensing laws vary by state and change over time.
We do not guarantee that using the Apps will result in passing any exam or obtaining any permit or license.
Always consult your state's official CDL or driver handbook and the relevant licensing authority (FMCSA or your local DMV) for definitive, current requirements.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Each App offers optional paid upgrades to unlock premium features. These may include a subscription (auto-renewable) and a one-time lifetime purchase (non-renewing). All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

Auto-renewable subscription

Our subscription gives you access to premium features for a recurring period. The following terms apply:

Title: CDL Test Prep 2026 Premium / DMV Permit Prep 2026 Premium (depending on the App)
Weekly plan: 3-day free trial, then $6.99 per week.
Monthly plan: $19.99 per month.

The exact price and duration are always shown on the purchase screen inside the App before you confirm.

Auto-renewal terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

One-time purchases (non-renewing)

We also offer purchases that do not auto-renew:

Lifetime: $39.99 once — permanent access to premium features.
30-Day Pass: $19.99 once — premium access for 30 days, after which it expires and does not renew.

These are one-time charges billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple's terms. We do not directly process refunds; refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Apps except as permitted by law; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Apps or their content; use the Apps in any unlawful manner; or attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or purchase controls.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their content, questions, explanations, design, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Apps use third-party services (including Apple, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Supabase). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps, including exam results or licensing outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App will not exceed the amount you paid us for that App in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by deleting the Apps. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights.
